What is the turn around time?

Each repair will vary on time, we generally try to complete work within a week, although some can be quicker and some may take longer. That being said, we always do our best to accomodate rush situations!

What is your expertise?

We think we know a lot about a lot --- try us! From shoes, to bags, jackets, purses and so much more!

Do you only work on shoes?

No! We do so much more. Purses, jackets, ball gloves, belts, luggage, we have even worked on a camel saddle & a turtle ottoman...so try us with your odd ball job!

Do you sell retail items?

ABSOLUTELY! Our retail location has seasonal products and retail items. High quality Shoes, boots, slippers & sandals, the best socks around, custom made belts, wallets, insoles, shoe care products, shoe laces, shine boxes just to name a few!

What brands of shoes do you carry?

Birkenstock, Chaco, Dansko, Ecco, El-Naturalista, Florsheim, Haflinger, Keen, Merrell, Minnetonka Moccasins, Naot, New-Balance, Remonte, Sorel, UGG, Vionic, and more!

What brands of socks do you carry?

Darn Tough, Smartwool, and SockWell

Should I call to see if my repair order is complete?

We're always here to help but save the time and review the pickup time on the receipt. We will call and/or send you a text when your repair is complete!

What items do you not work on?

Always ask first, but from our 100+ years of experience we can say here is a small list of things we do not work on: 1. teeth 2. children!

Is repairing my shoes/heels/boots/flats expensive?

Depends on the work we need to perform. We charge on materials, labor and quality of our work. Generally repairs are worth it - whether the item has sentimental value or is already broken in - we can generally fix it better than original!

What options do I have for making payments?

We accept cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards!
